DCL Lions Club Heritage Festival: Family Adventure Ride

By signing your full name here, you acknowledge and accept recognize that there are certain inherent risks associated with the family fun hike and ride activity, and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself and (if applicable) my family members, and further release and discharge Deep Creek Adventure Bureau (DCAB) for injury, loss or damage arising out of my or my family's use of or presence upon the facilities at the DCL Lions Community Park, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, DCAB, or other third parties. You assume all risks associated with running, walking, or volunteering in our event such as falls, contact with other participants, effects of weather, conditions of road or traffic on the course, or any other faults. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of your acceptance of your application for participation, you, for yourself and anyone entitled to act on your behalf, waive and release the Deep Creek Lion’s Club, Deep Creek Adventure Bureau, and Garrett County from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of your participation in this activity even though the liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the people in this waiver. Further, you grant permission to all the forgoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, or any other record of events for any legitimate purpose without compensation to you.
